✍Masters in Management and Organisation Studies in Germany is a unique course which offers combination of MIM and MBA. The competitiveness of organisations and economic areas, their capacity for innovation and productivity depends highly on the knowledge, skills and creativity of the workforce. The course is supported by an excellent combination of three behavioural science-oriented professorships in organizational theory, human resources management and leadership, as well as innovation and technology management at a faculty of economics. The internationally oriented course also offers numerous individual options within the framework of in-depth business competences and with regard to sustainability management. In this professional combination and with a close connection to current research findings, the students can acquire a sought-after competence profile in the professional world.
