Man accused of shooting, killing woman at southwest Charlotte hotel
A woman was killed in a shooting at a southwest Charlotte hotel on Friday morning, police said.
It happened at the WoodSpring Suites along Deboer Avenue, which is just off West Arrowood Road, around 9:15 a.m. Medic confirmed its crews responded to the scene. Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police confirmed that the woman was pronounced dead at the scene. According to a police report, the victim was identified as Tiara Love Tori Jackson, age 37.
