How to make pimped up Japanese curry!

Guys, This is a classic Japanese curry, but I pimped it up a little. You're welcome ;)

1. Curry roux check amazon if you cannot find it in your country
2. Potato cubed and cooked
3. Carrot sliced like a moon shape
4. Onion chopped up roughly
5. Garlic and ginger chopped up
6. 700ml of water

I cook meat of my choice and ladle the curry into it when I need it.

To pimp it up
eggplant, tofu,
soy sauce, Worcester sauce, red spice flakes, honey, tomato ketchup
