This full moon cracked something wide open for me.

I've been sitting with hard truths - about how I love, what i've been holding onto, and the version of myself I have outgrown.

The oracle cards I have pulled spoke of choice, birthing, and freedom.. and I felt every word in my body.

There was grief. There was release. But most of all, there was power.

In this energy healing session, I moved through a heart-opening moment that helped me let go of a version of myself that was built on fear and old emotional wounds.

I'm birthing something new. I don't know exactly who she is yet - but she feels more like me than I've felt in a long time.
