REIKI FOR PROTECTION/CLEARING NEGATIVE ENERGY

This reiki video is all about protecting your energy, clearing any negative energy that we might have picked up from anywhere or anyone, and replacing that space with unconditional love.

First I used the energy in black tourmaline to take any negative energies that are currently in our energetic frequency . When we have negative energy attached to us, whether that's ours or not, it can affect our vibrational frequency. Negative emotions can put a lot of stress onto our body and can eventually impact your mental, your emotional, and your physical health.

The second stone I used was snowflake obsidian. This stones energy will help protect your energy, as well as balance your body, mind, and soul.

I'm also wearing a hematite, black obsidian, and tigers eye bracelet to send an extra layer of protection your way!

The last crystal I used was rose quartz to seal your vibrational frequency with unconditional love.

In today's session I asked for archangel Michaels to help us cut any energetic cords that do not serve us anymore.
