Daily Home Workouts #143 "Lifting For Mental Health"

The 9th floor press workout of my "Daily Home Workouts" series. During this workout I go through Google's bullet points pertaining to the mental health benefits of lifting weights.

This is a list of all of the equipment that I'm currently using :
1. Height Adjustable Flat Bench, 2. Multigrip Bar (weight - 12kg with locks), 3. Pair of Dumbbell Bars (weight - 2.5 kg per bar with locks), 4. Rubber Coated Tri-grip Plates - 12 x 5 kg, 4 x 2.5 kg, 4 x 1.25 kg, 5. 3 pairs of resistance bands - the heaviest one I have (orange), moderate resistance (black), light/moderate resistance (green) & 1 pair of resistance band hooks, 6. 2 power twisters - 60kg & 80kg, 7. gym stick, 8. ab wheel, 9. 4 yoga blocks, 10. hand grip rings, 11. Kettle weights - 2 x 4 kg & 2 x 10 kg, 12. 10 kg barbell, 13. Plastic coated cement filled plates - 4 x 15 kg, 4 x 5 kg, 4 x 2.5 kg, 14. Various cushions and rugs for supine resistance training.
