Bánh phô mai - Japanese Cream Cheese Cake

6 Extra large eggs - Trung ga lon
8 oz = 225 grams Cream Cheese - Pho mai
2 oz = 60 grams Bot mi - Cake Flour ( but All Purpose Flour is okay, Cake Flour is the best )
0.5 oz = 15 grams Bot bap - Corn Starch
2 oz = 60 grams Bo - Unsalted butter
3 oz = 90 grams Fresh milk - Sua tuoi
3 oz = 90 grams Sugar - Duong
1 - 8 in around cake pan

1/3 - 1/2 tsp Cream of Tartar ( Optional ) ( Mua - Buy at Super Markets, Buy on line save money )
Pre heat oven 15 -20 minutes
Bake time; 220 F - 104 C 1 hour. After that increase 320 F - 160 C. for 15 minutes and
increase to 360 - 182 C. for 10-15 minutes. Turn off oven and lift oven door open
a little bit for 5 minutes. Take the Cream Cheese Cake out and cut.
