What Is A Calorie Deficit? & How To Get In One
I made this video to clear up any possible confusion about a calorie deficit. This should answer ALL your questions (or at least most of them).
A calorie deficit for weight loss is really the only way to lose weight. I'm sure you've heard me say that before. But in this video I explain exactly what that means how to do calorie deficit for weight loss. The thing that motivated me to make this video was that I kept getting questions about how to do the calorie deficit diet. And it's not actually a diet. So I knew there was a lot people didn't understand about the concept. I also get lots of questions like how to know if you're in a calorie deficit, how to be in a calorie deficit, what do I do if I'm in a calorie deficit not losing weight, and how to be in a calorie deficit without counting calories. I touch on all of them in this video.
