If you're looking for Mezcal martini recipes, look no further! My original recipe for a Cucumber Martini is so delicious, I decided to try it with Mezcal. And it was a success!

MEZCAL MARTINI - WHAT YOU NEED:
2 oz (60 ml) Mezcal
2 oz (60 ml) Cucumber water
3/4 oz Agave Nectar
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
Cucumber and Tajin

HOW TO MAKE IT:
Add Mezcal, Cucumber water, simple syrup and lemon juice to shaker.
Add ice and shake
Rim glass with Tajin and add ice
Pour into glasses from shaker
Garnish and Enjoy!

HOW TO MAKE CUCUMBER WATER:
Add about 1/4 to 1/3 of a large English Cucumber, chopped, to a blender
Add about 3/4 cup water
Blend and strain!
