PASSION AND RYE || What mixes well with rye? Passionfruit!

If you've got a passion for rye...this is the drink for you! Passionfruit mixes well with rye. With a little help from Campari, citrus juices and bitters, you've got yourself a refreshing craft cocktail.

WHAT YOU NEED:
1.5 oz High Proof Rye
3/4 oz Passionfruit Syrup
1/2 oz Campari
1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice
1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Dehydrated Lemon wedge and mint to garnish

HOW TO MAKE IT:
Add all ingredients to a shaker
Add ice
Shake, shake, shake!
Add ice to glass
Garnish and Enjoy!

For the Dehydrated Lemon Wedges:
Thinly slice a lemon
Sprinkle one side with a thin layer of sugar
Add a touch of salt if desired
Place in a toaster oven for approx. 15 at 350 degrees
