First Corset Ever | 18th Century Georgian Stays | Robe a L'Anglaise Project

I made my first set of 18th Century stays. Please enjoy this time travel experiment to January 2020. And to the 18th Century! This is the first part of my English Gown or "Robe a L'Anglaise" project.

It was such a fun experience and I hope you continue to come back to see more sewing adventures to the past! Costube is such a great community and I'm excited to get going on many more historical sewing projects.

The pattern is the 1780s RedThreaded Stays

or on their Etsy page.
