Join me for a 30 Minute HIIT Step Workout!

40 secs of workout followed by 20 seconds rest!

I utilized a 5ilb DB

Circuit one:
4 Toe Taps to Burpee
Stiff Leg Deadlift
Froggers

Circuit two:
Quick Shuffle Taps
Lunge w/foot up
Lying Star Raises

Circuit three:
Quick acrosses
Chest Press
Bicep Curl Step-ups

Circuit four:
Straddle wide to narrow
Skull Crushers
Pike Pushup

Circuit five:
UP downs
Up, Up, Down, Down
Side Squat w/ leg lift
