The shenanigans never end with my Bendpak HD-9XW four post lift.

My lift was installed in the beginning of October, and it's now the middle of January, and I am still dealing with issues that originated from the install

As many of you know, that have watched the install video, my "qualified" technicians were not actually the most qualified.

I've gone back and forth with the local distributor, as well as going back and forth with the corporate office, both of which do not bring any resolution to the issues I'm dealing with.

Since the pneumatic lock system is not operating correctly, I have to wedge for screwdrivers into each of the four locking mechanisms, at each of the columns.

While this takes a lot of time, and is frustrating to have to do, it's also very unsafe.

By wedging the locks open, with screwdrivers, I'm removing the safety feature of the locks. If there was to be a pneumatic or cable failure, the locks would not be able to engage, thus avoiding a catastrophic failure while the car is on the lift, or while the lift is in operation.
