13 Years of Passive Income with Niche Sites (What I Learned!)

I've been building niche sites and passive income for more than a decade and in this video, I wrap up some of the biggest and most important lessons I've learned along the way.

First and foremost, I've learned to do proper keyword research, or as I call it, topics research. It's much more about finding the best topics to write about than finding specific keywords today.

I've also learned that you don't need to build links anymore to rank a new website. You can simply focus on content with less competition and go for those longtail keywords and search phrases.

I prefer to call them "underserved topics".

Besides that, I've learned to find better and broader domain names that will enable me to keep growing the sites for many years. It's frustrating to be cornered with a bad or too narrow domain name that makes it impossible to grow the site bigger.
