Chocolate Academy: TIPS and IDEAS from Callebaut expert

Julie Sharp, from the Callebaut Chocolate Academy Center in Banbury Oxfordshire, shows us some great tips and ideas on using a range of Callebaut chocolate in the workplace, from tempering your chocolate in a microwave, to more difficult ideas that are visual and effective and very easy to create visual and effective chocolate garnish that can add real WOW factor .
