Total Body Yoga Deep Stretch | 15 Minute Yoga

Total body yoga deep stretch routine is for back and hip tension relief. This 15 minute yoga full body stretch will help get deep into the hips, upper back and shoulders and can be practiced anytime of the day especially in the evenings to help promote relaxation or use this as a post workout full body stretch. This is also a great yoga routine to help increase hip flexibility and shoulder flexibility. Stretching will help sore muscles and release tension within the body helping balancing out our daily lifestyle and movements. This 15 min yoga routine will open the body improving breath intake along with range of movement, decreased back pain and hip tension while promoting relaxation.
