We're at Run with the Wind

We were at Run with the Wind on 21 October - what a glorious day, meeting and treating runners. It was a great insight into the sense of community in the runners' world. We treated about 10 people for pre-and post-run injuries and we ran a competition for a pair of shoes from Athlete's Foot.
