This kind of vermicelli bowl is the thicker noodles. in Cambodian we call it Banh Sooge. This bowl is consist of Thick Vermicelli Noodles, Stir Fried Beef, Spring Rolls, and Vegetables. It is served with Asian Sweet Fish Sauce, Coconut Milk Green Onion, and some Roasted Crushed Peanuts. It is one of my favorite childhood street food. You can try to make it and let me know how you like it.

INGREDIENTS AND RECIPE

✔️Vegetables
▪️ salad, cucumber, mints, green onion

✔️ Sweet Fish Sauce
▪️ Water - 2 cup - 500ML
▪️ Sugar - 1 cup - 200g
▪️ Salt - 2 tsp
▪️ Fish Sauce - 1/3 cup - 85ml
▪️ Vinegar- 1/4 cup - 65ml
▪️ Like Juice - 1/4 cup - 65ml
▪️ Garlic ( 3cloves), Shallots ( 1tbsp ) , carrot and chilli put to your liking

✔️ Marinate Sliced Beef
▪️ thin sliced beef - 500g
▪️ oyster sauce- 2 tbsp
▪️ chicken powder - 1 tsp
▪️ sugar - 1 tsp

✔️ Coconut Milk Green Onion
▪️ Coconut Milk - 1/2 cup
▪️ Green onions - 3 tbsp

✔️ Green Onion Oil
▪️ Green Onion Leaf - 5 tbsp
▪️ Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 3-4tbsp
