this is by far one of mine, and my mom's, favorite vegan meals, so i decided to show everyone how i make my vegan thai vegetable red curry! (also at 4:08 i meant coconut milk, not oil)

DISCLAIMER: if any of the products you see in this video or any of my videos are not vegan or cruelty free, it is because i have only been vegan for a handful of months and i am still in the process of using up all of my old products. unfortunately i am not in the financial position to just throw products away and re-purchase vegan alternatives, so whatever i have not been able to sell, i am using up, and once they are finished they will be replaced with vegan products. since going vegan, i have not purchased anything new that is not vegan and cruelty free.
