Somebody has asked me recently to do a video on NFTs or nonfungible tokens.
They seem to be trending right now, as Mark Cuban and many others were talking about them.

I will explain how I see opportunities in the NFT space, and if there are any good investment opportunities there.
What am I doing with NFTs?

How do these tokens work? Fungible means that the tokens are the same and interchangeable. Money is an example of something that is fungible: one dollar is exactly the same as any other dollar. But paintings, for example, are non-fungible, because one painting is different than any other one.

One of the unique developments of the blockchain is that you could have unique digital assets. This created a whole new world! People started creating digital assets, such as digital artwork, digital music, digital videos, etc.

Content creators can make some unique content and realize some gains from it. This is how artists who are struggling could make sure to get paid for their work. But the thing is, how do you value this art? Some artworks cost a fortune, and many don't quite understand why (remember yellow and blue painting sold for decks of millions).

Some people are willing to pay large amounts of money for things that I don't necessarily agree with. The same thing will happen with unique digital art. There will certainly be a market for it.
That's exactly where I see the value. I wouldn't invest in NFTs because it is unpredictable and highly speculative. But the technology that makes these things possible will be worth a fortune!
