Eating the BEST CHAPATIS in Zanzibar with the locals of Kizimkazi! | Calamity Travels

After a somewhat disappointing yet adventurous & unexpected boat trip to see and swim with wild dolphins ( check out our experience here!: https://youtu.be/GKyYcQAIbeQ ), we look back on the things we did enjoy from the journey, and realise that we had a really great travel adventure after all. *thumbs up!*

As the dolphins had already set out on a travel adventure of their own early that morning, we were feeling quite disappointed. HOWEVER, due to the kindness of the locals in Kizimkazi, we were treated to a local Zanzibar breakfast that wouldn't have happened if our travels had gone to plan... #travelthecalamityway

✨The humbling humanity of locals✨

Being invited to eat with our boat captains family and have a local #Zanzibarbreakfast was quite the change to our mornings initial plan. We absolutely cannot complain about this change of events - in fact, we will say we would happily do it all again, to meet these DELIGHTFUL humans.
