Coll de Dama Mutante Fig - 2021 Update

Coll de Dama Mutante is a Spanish fig discovered by a collector named Carlos and shared with us several years ago by a friend. It had grown very well for us and the fruit seem to be larger this year and showing great coloration. The pulp is typical for the Coll de Dama types with a dark red pulp that has a rich berry flavor and mild sweetness. This is a treat to the eyes and tongue.
