Philippines Beach House Build Day 229: Til last drop is poured!

It's a Saturday and the crew is still working strong til the end for us! What great devotion to us. They continued mixing and pouring concrete doing the walls on the roof deck. The crew stripped forms for the concrete pour on the house the day before. They work removing the bamboo scaffolding. I repurpose the bamboo into a 12 foot tall bamboo fence for both privacy as well as security. The garage is further cleared out now. We went to the barangay hall and got two sets of travel passes. One for the testing and one for the trip to the airport. Time is so near for our air travel.
We are a Fil Am couple sharing our lives between living in Texas USA and Panay Island Philippines. We share dealing with two different cultures, building our solid concrete cast in place home beach side and exploring/ seeking new things.
