How much does it cost to build a house in the Philippines | Do and Don'ts of building | Dumaguete

The cost per square meter OF BUILT HOUSE is roughly 15 to 18 k peso, this includes the purchase of the land approx 400 spare meters on the land. So if the ouse was 100 square meters we are looking at 1.5 million peso.

Before going to the description of the video I would like to point out that I highly discourage the purchase of Land / House / Condo due to laws and a justice system that is not favorable to foreign investments. Unless you can afford to lose the investment DO NOT invest in the Philippines be it house or business. Till the laws are changed and the justice system becomes more investor friendly I would just keep renting in my opinion. Seek legal and financial advice before making any commitments in the Philippines PLEASE. There are so many horror stories of people loosing their homes and becoming homeless. So again only invest what you can afford to lose. With that said my freind George has made the decision to build and here is his story.
