Claudia WOD First Time Ever With My Friend Dave

In this video I take my first shot at the WOD (workout of the day), "Claudia." I was invited to work out with my friend Dave and he quickly shows me up.
The goal of this WOD is to complete five rounds of 20 kettlebell swings followed by a 400 meter run each round, in the fastest time possible. We used 35 pound kettlebells because that is what we had and in place of running, Dave rowed 500 meters. This was to insure low impact on his recovering knee. (And the only reason he beat me).
