This is the first part of our trip to Koh Chang, where we will be showing you the Mangrove Forest Walkway, Coconut Shell House, Mangrove Forest Boat Ride, and the Fire Show. The kids really enjoy their new experience in driving the car abroad a Ferry, which was a first for them. Great experience as always.

Disclaimer: I personally do not support the elephant's ride. However, I did make an exception (excuse) for this case as this COVID19 pandemic hit all businesses hard and without tourists, it would mean these elephants will not have anything to eat. These elephants have been raised in captivity since born as Thailand is a country that has a long history with raising elephants. I would have to say that although some of these places do not take good care of their elephants, I can say with honesty that all the elephants I saw here are all very healthy and were taken good care of. I did not see them using the pointy stick thing on the elephant even once. The guy who controls the elephant only uses voice command and seems to love his elephant very much. I went with my family which has a total of 4 people, 2 adults, and 2 very small kids. This place gives us 2 large elephants as they said they didn't want to put too much weight on the elephant and this is a plus for me (I've seen some places put 4 adults on one elephant). Like I said earlier, this was just an excuse so it all depends on your personal perspective.
