The best moment to visit Koh Chang is right now, between November to February.
Koh Chang island is also known as Elephant island and is one of the largest island in Thailand.
It's the third largest island after Phuket and Koh Samui and situated in Trat province. Ko Chang is part of the Mu Ko Chang National Park. There are multiple things to do in koh chang, you can going for trail in the mountain of just stay at the beach all day. White sand beach, lonely beach, Kai bae beach, bailan beach, bang bao beach and so on.
You have plenty of amazing beaches in Koh Chang. But there are also nice places to visit like the Mangrove forest at salakphet, the fishing village at Bang bao pier, or waterfalls like the Khlong Phlu waterfall.
Also, Koh Chang is near by others islands like Koh Mak and Koh Kood. Really nice island for relaxation.
So if you are travelling in Thailand and want to go in an island, Koh Chang is definitely a place to consider. The tourism industry is less developed than popular islands of Koh Samui and Phuket, so it's a perfect place if you want something with less tourists.

There are less tourists now in koh chang because of the pandemic situation. Many business are close unfortunately... We try to travel safe and help as much as possible local business.
