In this video I do a step-by-step tutorial on how to build a fully waterproof tiled niche in a bathroom. The niche I am creating in this video is being done in an external brick wall. Creation of this tiled recess requires structural alterations to the brick wall by means of installing a concrete lintel. I also show you how design and dimension your project, how to dry line the opening, fully waterproof the recess, tile it and how to install silicones to get it finished.
