Springtime Tour of a 1850's Era West Virginia Farm and Homestead by my friend Autumn
Springtime Tour of a 1850's Era West Virginia Farm and Homestead by my friend Autumn.
This is a bit of a follow-up video to my original tour of Autumn's farm and homestead that I did in the winter a few years back. https://youtu.be/ASmVMoVd-ys
Since so many people have made wonderfully generous inquiries as to how to offer support to Autumn and her homestead, a Go Fund Me has been set up for her at the following link. Please have a visit and help support her if you can. I will do follow-up videos to track her progress. Much gratitude to you! Thank you, and please share! https://gofund.me/a1466f9d
This "springtime" video was filmed just 3 months after my initial tour, and I don't know why it took me so long to edit it and put it up, but here it is. There was such a tremendous response to the first video, and I have been receiving a huge amount of messages, comments and emails from lovely people from all over the world praising Autumn and her beautiful homestead, and requesting to see it in the springtime or summer time. I have some summer footage as well... so I'll have to discipline myself to sit down and edit that too.
Autumn and I talk often and have regular visits when we can. She is doing well and has taken on more livestock. Unfortunately, "Snowy", the big beautiful Great Pyrenees dog had recently passed away. Autumn has gotten 2 more dogs, but I have not met them yet. I plan on it this spring.
Autumn is a spunky, lively, stoic, warm, welcoming, friendly, entertaining, beautiful and enduring human being. I am delighted to be her friend for so long, and grateful and forever entertained by the wonderful experiences we share touring her homestead farm and surrounding wilderness in all four seasons. It's a challenge to keep up with her!
Thank you, Autumn, my friend.
