You may have noticed that we’ve taken a few weeks off from posting our weekly YouTube Tuesday video, and we hope you’ve missed us like we’ve missed you!

We just wrapped up our largest REFIT®️ event of the year: RECON—our annual instructor convention.

It has been our sole focus these past few weeks, but we’ll be back to sharing our weekly REFIT®️ videos starting next week.

For many of us, it has been over 600 days since we’ve been together in person, so you can imagine the celebrations that took place over this 3-day event.
