GIFT OF MOVEMENT DAY 17: LIGHT IT UP + KICK IT UP MOVES

🧠 MIND: Let go of the thought, "I can't do floor exercises," and opt for what suits you. While side-crunches traditionally hit the mat, feel free to stand tall against a wall. YES YOU CAN!

💃🏻 MOVEMENT: Grab a mat + optional weights and get ready for some full body side crunches! While propped on your side, simultaneously lift your leg and extend your arm toward the ceiling. Height and speed don’t matter - go at your own pace and control these movements with your core.

⌚️ METRIC: Repeat this move for 20-30 seconds on each side before switching. We recommend some empowering music to keep you motivated!
