How to reduce the RS Pro RPE 2323 fan noise (#022)

Last in the series of videos on the RPE 2323 bench power supply - making the supply fan less noisy by adding a low value series resistor. Be aware that any modification to the supply will void its warranty and that you do this at your own risk!
