Move United #AdaptAtHome Ankle Flexion and Extension

Tune into learn how to use your Move United #AdaptAtHome exercise band with the Dare2Tri Instructor, Shawna Carter! She will teach you how to perform the ankle flexion and extension.

To perform the exercise, please follow the steps below:
1. Wrap the band around one foot and hold one end of the band with each hand
2. Sit upright
3. Extend arms forward towards foot
4. Extend foot downward toward the ground (point foot forward)
5. Slowly relax foot and bring it back up towards your body
6. Repeat on other foot

Workout Ideas:
3 sets of 5 repetitions
2 sets of 10 reptitions
Slow extension 1, 2 3 and slow flexion 1, 2, 3
Hold flexion or extension while resisting in the opposite direction with the band
