1) 扣肉包 Braised Pork Belly Buns

Marinate Meat 腌肉 :
600g Pork belly 600克 三层肉
½ teaspoon Salt ½茶匙 盐
1 teaspoon Pepper 1茶匙 胡椒粉
1 teaspoon Five spice powder 1茶匙 五香粉

Ingredients 配料 :
3 Small red onion 3粒 小洋葱
10 Garlic 10粒 蒜头
20g Ginger 20克 姜
1 Cinnamon 1条 桂皮
5 Clove 5粒 丁香
½ Star Anise ½粒 八角
30g Rock sugar 30克 冰糖
2 Dried chilli 2条 辣椒干
1 packet Buns 1包 包子

Seasonings 调味料 :
4 tablespoon Dark soy sauce 4汤匙 酱油
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce 1汤匙 蚝油
1 tablespoon Sesame oil 1汤匙 麻油

2) 香炒三文鱼 Stir Fry Salmon

Ingredients 配料 :
300g Salmon, cubes 300克 三文鱼, 切块
½ Big red onion, diced ½粒 大洋葱, 切粒
1 Chilli 1条 辣椒
1 Spring onion 1条 青葱
3 slices Ginger 3片 姜
2 Garlic, slices 2粒 蒜头, 切片

Seasonings 调味料 :
1 tablespoon Butter 1汤匙 牛油
½ teaspoon Black pepper ½茶匙 胡椒粉
¼ teaspoon Salt ¼茶匙 盐
1 teaspoon Light soy sauce 1茶匙酱青

3) 虾炒奶白菜 Stir Fry Nai Bai with Prawns

Ingredients 配料 :
200g Nai bai vegetables 200克 奶白菜
8 Prawns 8只 虾
2 Garlic, slices 2粒 蒜头, 切片

Seasonings 调味料 :
¼ teaspoon Salt ¼茶匙 盐
¼ teaspoon Sugar ¼茶匙 糖
¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
1 teaspoon Oyster sauce 1茶匙 蚝油
1 teaspoon Potato flour 1茶匙 马铃薯粉
