10g Rock Sugar 10克 冰糖
400ml Water 400毫升 水

Seasonings 调味料 :
3 tablespoon Dark Soy sauce 3汤匙 酱油
1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce 1汤匙 蚝油
¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
½ teaspoon Five Spice Powder ½茶匙 五香粉
