Here is a short Istanbul Walk through the exciting streets of Sirkeci and Eminönü on a late afternoon. This walk was made before the new restrictions in Istanbul. We can see that restaurants and eateries operating. It is late afternoon, but already dark, which is typical for Istanbul in winter. Sirkeci and Eminönü are lively during daytime. This is a kind of trading area. But it gets quiet at night because there are no residential areas nearby.
