It helps with nap citations. Getting citations accurate can take time but these tools really help.
Accurate information in these directories gives you an authority in Google.
Again I stress Consistency on Yell, TripAdvisor Facebook, etc

Make sure your images are your own, useful to your customers, good quality
Of the product of a team of shopfront
Add images over regularly Consistency
If you're a hotel owner, clean tidy bedrooms
If a restaurant, great food

Google wants accurate categories, so your primary category is so important
