Why I Waited So Long To Try Arches Cold Press - Live Art & Chat

I really have not tried #arches watercolor paper before now! Does it live up to the hype? Will it ruin my opinion of other papers I have? Will it become the new standard that I too will now judge other papers by? Join me and we will have some live art & chat about why I waited so long to try Arches cold press and find out my first impressions.

I will link to all supplies below. I will be using the block I created from one of my pads of 9x12 Arches cold press paper. I will compare the block of my Bee 100% cotton paper to the Arches and we will see what happens. I will be using my Daniel Smith and QoR watercolors since I am most familiar with these paints, I think that will allow me to have a better impression of the paper. Will it be easier to paint on? Hold up better? Make the paints look better? We will find out during today's stream.
