The House of Representatives narrowly passed a funding bill Tuesday afternoon with both sides voting strongly along party lines. Speaker of the House Mike Johnson said that while House Republicans agreed to negotiate funding for the Department of Homeland Security, they are not going to impede the enforcement of federal immigration law.
