I believe Joffrey was the one thing Cersei truly holds dear. It's possible it was the children too because it was always portrayed to be her one redeeming quality, but Joffrey was her first son—and every mother (parent) always cherished their first child. Every scene with Joffrey and Cersei, she's always considerate, forbearing, and tender to him—even when she slapped him, she was afraid & sorry. (Most mothers & fathers would scold the shit out of their spoiled child.) She also tends to talk about Joffrey a lot with other characters, mostly (or only) with Sansa and Tyrion: two characters who had been often blamed by her children's demise.

If, in any case, it was the children; well, if you think about it, Sansa and Tyrion were the sole responsible for their death. Tyrion was the one who sent Myrcella away to Dorne (because of Stannis' invasion & his claim to the throne—which was the product of Ned writing the letter after hearing Sansa's affection to Joffrey that led to Ned figuring out "the seed is strong"). Sansa also told Olenna about Joffrey being a monster that cause the poisoning (this scene is on the Sansa and Jon video). Joffrey's death made Oberyn fight for Tyrion. Oberyn's death motivated Ellaria to kill Myrcella… and Tommen's death was due to Tywin's sudden death (Tyrion's hands again) for not having guidance and wisdom on his side and for being not yet ready & prepared to rule.

All started from Sansa's attraction to Joffrey. "I don't want someone brave & gentle & strong. I want him… And I'll give him sons with beautiful blond hair!"

That means the "younger, more beautiful to cast Cersei down" is Sansa. She will be one day a queen. She has all the qualities that Tywin describes and possess. The ending of "what if I have only girls" is probably a foreshadowing of Sansa's rule—that Westeros will become a democracy, no longer a monarchy. Let's see...

But of course, this is just a theory/prediction. It may be and surely wrong and this video would be completely pointless. Thanks for watching anyway.
