We talk about mindset, self-doubt, and how easy it is to quit mentally before the body actually needs to stop. Then we push further including sprinting properly for the first time in years. Not fast by athlete standards… but fast for me. And that matters.

I’m overweight, rebuilding fitness from scratch, and learning to move forward even when conditions aren’t perfect. Rain, fatigue, bad thoughts — none of them get a vote today.
