California’s Heavy Tax Increase On The Wealthy; Financial Impact On Residents | Hank Adler

California is considering a wealth tax that would impose a tax increase on permanent and temporary residents that stay in the state for more than 60 days, and a 10-year lookback provision for former residents.

My guest today is Hank Adler. He is an associate professor at Chapman University.
