Making Bushcraft Chairs and Cooking Beef Brisket over the Fire
I learned how to make these chairs from Don Von Gun who credits a beach chair and alukban on Bushcraftusa.com

Over the last few years, I've made a number of them and I thought it would be a good project to teach Caitlin and Twig since we needed a few chairs at the camp.
The Beef Brisket was prepared by cutting off all fat and blueskin.
Marinated in salt, pepper, olive oil, crushed garlic, and bourbon BBQ sauce overnight.
Baked in pot removing from heat often to keep a slow low cook for 4 hours. Once cooked, I skewer it and rotated often over a smoky maple wood fire for 2 hours to drip fat and take on the smoky flavor.
Sorry my camera was so dark in some of these shots. I was too hungry to focus and expose.
