How to make MOZZERALLA STICKS

I bring you my delicious recipe of the most cheesiest sticks ever! Great appetizer & your family will beg for more🤩

Mozzarella Sticks
12 cheese sticks
2 eggs
2 tbs milk
1 cup flour
2 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
salt & pepper
oil

Add flour to a bowl
Whisk the eggs & milk
Add breadcrumbs with the italian seasoning,salt & pepper to another bowl
Dip the cheese in the flour then egg then breadcrumb. repeat one more time
Place on sheet until all are coated
Place in freezer for 30-40 min until firm
Add oil to pan. Heat to 350 degrees
Work in batches & cook each cheese stick 1-2 minutes
Serve with your fave sauce
Done. Enjoy
