Aputure Lighting recently released their budget friendly, content creator friendly lights - the 100D, 200D, 100X, and 200X. I generally value bicolor capabilities for lights, so the 100X was a natural choice for me. The Aputure Amaran 100X doesn't have the most output in the world, but it's a heck of a value for $250.
