🚆 Cab ride from Germany to Switzerland through some snow (IR75 Constance/Konstanz (D) - Zurich)

It is time for a long distance train again! Welcome aboard the IR75, connecting Constance to Lucerne. We‘re in Constance, Germany, ready to depart and headed for Zurich in Switzerland. Soon after our departure, we'll reach the so-called "Seerücken", the hill that sits between Lake Constance and the Thur valley. It is a 20‰ steep gradient uphill to Berg TG, followed by the same gradient downhill to Weinfelden. On those gradients with those curves, our speed is relatively low, however we still reach up to 100km/h, which is over the legal limit for the cars around us. After Weinfelden, our speed goes up, we'll stop in two larger cities and the Airport before reaching Zurich Main Station.
