1. Standard Plank (start with 30 seconds and work your way to 60)
2. Hollow Body Hold (start with 30 seconds and work your way to 60)
3. Scissor Kicks (20 reps and work your way to 40 reps)
💪Day Two Ab Workout Breakdown💪
🏆Goal: Target the obliques
Workout:
3 Sets
1. Alternating Rotational Jack Knife (start with 10 reps and work your way up to 20)
2. Cross-Body Mountain Climber (start with 10 reps and work your way up to 20)
3. Rotating Dragon Fly (start with 10 reps and work your way up to 20)

🏆Goal: Rectus Abdomens Six Pack
Workout:
3 Sets
1. Reverse Crunch (Start with 10 reps and work your way up to 15)
2. Crunch / Sit Up On Exercise Ball (Start with 10 reps and work your way up to 20)
3. Clamshell Crunch (Start with 10 reps and work your way up to 15)
