Bad Drivers of Philadelphia 11

Welcome back to another rendition of humans making bad decisions in Philadelphia :P

You may notice some changes in the video style: different dashcam, different fonts, and different thumbnail. I did do a significant changeover as I am now using a Viofo A129 Pro and editing the clips using Adobe Premiere. I'm still learning the ropes of how to use the software, so I would appreciate your leniency with sentiments regarding the editing quality.

I still have hopes to work on a "Worst Of" video using only the most severe clips from compilations 1-10, although I am remarkably busy. Due a steady decline in viewership, I do not feel particularly motivated to prioritize new content; I hope that is reasonable (all things considered). Nevertheless, to those who read this: thank you for your continued support.
