Start wild plant foraging - here is how to begin

Where to begin if you want to learn wild plant foraging? Well, get a good wild foraging book with color illustrations and go walking. Some of the most productive foraging areas are in urban areas - look for that weedy, overgrown vacant lot!
Start by looking for one plant. When you can easily pick it out from the rest of the greenery, move on to another. NEVER pick any plant you can't positively identify! And always make sure the area has not been sprayed!
