MANGO SUPREME CAKE | Red Ribbon Bakeshop Copycat

Four layers of light and fluffy mango chiffon cake filled with real ripe mango cubes, whipped cream cheese frosting and beautifully topped with more mango slices.
This is hands down the BEST Mango supreme cake you’ll ever make.

INGREDIENTS:
MANGO CHIFFON CAKE :
5 oz. | 8 pcs. egg yolks
6 oz. | 3/4 cup sugar
5 oz. | 2/3 cup vegetable oil
7.5 oz | 3/4 cup + 2 Tbsp mango juice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

10 oz. | 1 1/4 cups cake flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

10 oz. | 8 pcs. egg whites
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
5 oz. | 2/3 cup sugar

WHIPPED CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
1 1/2 cream cheese, softened
3 cups heavy/ whipping cream
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup ripe mango, cubed
2 pcs. ripe mango, sliced
